Fees & Charges

At Evanshaw Ltd, we believe in complete transparency. This page outlines how our fees work when you use our service to help recover missing State Pension years through the Home Responsibilities Protection (HRP) scheme.

No Win, No Fee

We operate on a No Win, No Fee basis. You will only be charged if your HRP claim is successful.

What Does “Successful” Mean?

A successful claim is defined as one that results in:

  • A backdated State Pension lump sum, or
  • An increase to your weekly State Pension, or
  • A confirmed update to your National Insurance record that boosts your pension entitlement.

Our Fee

  • 36% of any successful refund or financial benefit received, inclusive of VAT.

How Is the Fee Paid?

HMRC or DWP will typically pay your refund directly to Evanshaw Ltd, as your appointed agent. We will deduct our success fee and transfer the remainder to your nominated bank account.

You will always receive a clear breakdown of the refund and deductions prior to any payment.

What Happens If My Claim Fails?

  • You pay nothing.
  • There are no hidden costs, admin fees, or upfront charges.

Fee Summary

Description Fee
Success Fee 36% (incl. VAT)
Upfront/Admin Charges £0
Fee if Claim Unsuccessful £0
